Privacy
How privacy works here.
Private by design. We collect as little as the job needs, keep it briefly, then delete it. Here is what that means in practice, including the parts we can't control.
Draft summary. The full privacy notice and terms will be published before we accept real payments.
What we don't need
- No account, no login and no subscription.
- No name. Email is optional and only used for a receipt or your code, if you choose to give it.
- Your case material is never used to train AI models.
What we do keep, and for how long
- Your brief, files and research workspace: kept in a separate, temporary workspace for your case only, and deleted at the end of the 7-day collection window, or sooner if you press Decommission.
- Your access code: we store only a secure fingerprint of it, never the code itself.
- Payment records: kept as long as the law requires, separately from your case.
- Basic operational logs: kept briefly to run and protect the service, without your case content.
What we can't promise
- Card and crypto payment providers keep their own records under their own terms.
- Crypto payments are not automatically anonymous.
- Cloud and AI providers process your case to run it, under contracts that limit how they can use it.
- A work computer or network may be visible to your employer.
What your agent won't do
It works from public and supplied information only. It won't access private accounts, messages or non-public personal data, and it won't help anyone stalk, harass or harm another person.
